The idea of moving again and trying to find a house to buy was a very stressful subject until we met Dawn.  She made the whole process of looking for a house fun and exciting!  She really listened to exactly what we wanted and only sent us information of houses that fit our needs.  Not only is she a great person, she is fantastic at her job.  Dawn found us the perfect house!  The next steps of all the paperwork and closing seem like a hard time for most, but honestly, this process went very smooth and calm.  Now we own a home and have a wonderful investment.  I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy a house!

To be quite honest, we were really satisfied with the way you helped us in buying our home.  We got the feeling you enjoy helping people find a house to buy.  I say this because, first, you made it easy to negotiate out of our lease with the house we were renting, to be able to pursue purchasing one.  Second, because you helped us step by step through the whole closing process, something which was important to us given that we've never bought a house here before, and it was all new to us.  Third, you did not pressure us, but rather gave us advice as to what to look for in services such as insurance, home inspections, etc.  In the end, we are really grateful with you and would not hesitate to have you h elp us if in the future we ever need to relocate.  As for the home we puchased, my wife and kids love it, as do I.
